According to many articles many are seeing the slump carry a longer term than expected.  What should you do?

Sellers:  Don't put your house on the market if you don't have to.  If it is on the market, make sure it is priced right, staged, and being marketed.

Buyers:  This slump is impacting interest rates. We have seen rates rising along with costs on some loans.  You may want to lock a rate now if you are actively seeking a home.
